How to use sublimation paper on custom flipflop ,below is sublimation printing process.

1. Get images from digital camera, memory card or scanner.

2. Print image with sublimation paper and sublimation ink

3. Stick the imaged paper facing down with the sublimation slipper surface by heat resistant tape.

4. Use the heat press machine to transfer the image onto sublimation slipper.

5. After transfer, tear off the image paper.

The usage of sublimation printing can be divided into two type by its materials

Soft material: basically the sublimation paper are used on white or light color fabric. Like 100% polyester, T/C fabric with cotton less than 40% and Nylon. Those kind of fabric can be used for T-shirt, shoes, socks, curtains, sofa,umbrella,carpets,banner and flags, etc.

Hard material: mainly are arts and crafts with special coating, like mugs, plates, metal, wood, key chains, phone case, photo frames and tiles.

EPSON nozzle is commonly used, which is divided into several series according to different quality, especially the ink concentration. As far as I know, ST0201 is better because of its relatively high black concentration, and bright color.

5，Why some black dots or spots on the sublimation paper？
A. The quality of the base paper is not good, so there also appear black dots even coated immediately.     

B. The production environment is not good, so will have environmental dust and other impurities on the paper.

7, Sublimation Protective Paper questions 
A,We do not have 22g for the protective paper.        
B,The regular width is 1.6m & 1.8m.

8, The sticky for transfer paper have a certain relations with water content 

A. If the printed paper is exposure to the dry air, and the water content is reducing, so that the sticky will become worse. While the air humidity is maintained better, there will not have big impacts on the sticky.     

B. After printing, the paper should be sealed.

9, The best transfer temperature and the time

The Fast Dry Sublimation Transfer Paper in ST1, the best temperature is 210℃ and the time is 40s. While for sticky sublimation transfer paper, the temperature is 200℃ and the time is 40s.

10. Storage Conditions for sublimation paper 
Relative humidity is 45-70% RH and the temperature is 10-30 ℃. The paper should be stored in the cool and dry place and avoid the direct sunlight, especially the air conditioning thermostat wet room.     

To avoid the damp, horizontal stacked in 15-20 cm from the ground, and stacked layers should not exceed the outer carton marked the 8th floor.        If there is no air conditioning, we recommend that water (1-2 days to open the paper outer bag) balance transfer paper before printing in order to avoid excessive absorption of ink when printing digital paper elongation bagging.

11, Printed patterns storage conditions
Humidity ≤55% RH; Temperature 15-30 ℃, the low humidity environment conducive to water evaporation.
